Villa Meili
The three-storey villa near Zürich took some time to get refurbished, and it was worth it! In this case, a co-working project but not less demanding.
The house built 1960 was originally designed by Swiss architect Armin Meili. As it wasn’t conform with todays standards it got all refurbished.
What we did
The imposant shell of the building got refreshed. Inside though only the terrazzo stair remains former days. Striking open plan living, selected materials and sophisticated details are marking this project. Ground and first floor Brazilian slate flooring. On the second floor a slattered ceiling and full length planks of Douglas fir provides a real sense of calm and serenity.
