Two pencils on plans

SERVICES

The aim is to create interior environments from the concept to the completion based on a deep understanding of the client's visions and needs.

To succeed, a consistent dialogue is key and additionally builds up an essential relationship of trust. There are four main processes a project goes through to be delivered in line with client expectations:

Concept

The concept process is based on not just asking the question 'how?' but asking the question 'why?'

When you ask the question 'why?' you open up deeper design dimensions and enable the creation of truly enduring interiors according to customers' needs and notions. The objective is to ensure that each scheme functions in the best possible manner in terms of flow, light, and, of course, space.

  • Starting with some draft

  • Defining the central theme

  • Creating Moodboards

  • Working with samples

  • Cardboard model if needed

Design

The use of pure and tactile materials combined with a focus on construction details results in a clear and timeless design.

Functionality, durability, and comfort are the prime components of the work and should always reflect a client's personality at the same time. The whole design process is an exciting journey with considerable impact, where professional guidance can ensure long-lasting client satisfaction.

  • Material and color samples

  • Defining key construction details

PLANNING

The planning process can seem surprisingly complex. One of the first tasks in most schemes is applying for planning permission.

Planning a project from concept to completion, on time and on budget, requires much more than detailed drawings. Every position has to be specified and quoted in close collaboration with the craftsmen. A compact but realistic timeline is important and has to be set up way ahead before starting on site. A consistent planning is the key for a successful workflow on site and avoids extra costs.

  • Applying for planning permission

  • Elaborating costs and timeline

  • Collaborating with experienced craftsmen

  • Working on detailed drawing

ON SITE

The on-site running of a construction project is always a challenge. The site manager is required to keep works within the timescales and budgets, as well as to assure its quality control.

Experience and creativity in architecture are needed when solutions and out-of-the-box thinking are required on the construction site. Additionally, communication between all parties involved in the on-site development is an important task as well.

  • Using an established network of experienced craftsmen

  • Always got the costs and timeline in the eye

  • Quality control

  • Frequent site meetings with the client
