The planning process can seem surprisingly complex. One of the first tasks in most schemes is applying for planning permission.

Planning a project from concept to completion, on time and on budget, requires much more then detailed drawings. Every position has to be specified and quoted in close collaboration with the craftsmen. A compact but realistic timeline is important and has to be set up way ahead before starting on site. A consequent planning is the key for a successful workflow on site and avoids extra costs.
